General Policy

At Bravendra Luxury Casino Hotel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring fair treatment to all guests and efficient operations.

Room Reservations

  • Standard Rate Bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in to receive a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
  • No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Bookings made under special promotions or marked as non-refundable cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review the rate details at the time of booking.

Event Bookings

  • Small Events (up to 20 guests): Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance for a full refund.
  • Large Events: Require a minimum of 14 days’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking.

VIP Experience & Suite Cancellations

VIP and luxury suite cancellations require 7 days’ advance notice. Cancellations within this window may incur a 25% service fee.

Group Bookings

Group reservations (5+ rooms) require a 14-day cancellation notice. Partial group cancellations may be accepted based on availability and contractual terms.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Modifications

Changes to your reservation (e.g., date, room type) are subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible to make modifications without penalty.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider waiving cancellation fees in cases of verified emergencies, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions. Proof may be required.
